The L & OD Roundtable invites you for a Master Class on : "Leveraging Benchmarking and Research Findings"

This Master Class will focus on how HR professionals across the globe use various types of benchmarking and research findings to drive key decisions for their organizations that drive the best talent outcomes. The goal of the session will be to identify a set of typical strategic HR decisions that are made in large organizations, and show how different types of benchmarking parameters and research outputs such as frameworks, metrics and case studies are used to inform and influence such decision making.

Representatives from the Corporate Leadership Council (CLC), which is a part of the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) - the world's largest research and advisory forum, will present this session. In addition to introducing the key decisions CHROs make in large global organizations, the presentation will include specific examples of benchmarking and analytical tools, along with global case study findings, to show how these are typically consumed and applied by HR professionals.
