About us

The L&OD Roundtable serves as a knowledge-sharing and learning experience platform for Business Heads/ Functional /Line managers of the HR, Learning and OD Community. Aimed at facilitating dialogue, building capability and sharing resources, it currently serves 16000+ members (and growing) from India and abroad making it the largest Learning Forum in Asia. The LNOD Roundtable is a not-for-profit undertaking with chapters in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore. It has a Governing Council comprising luminaries from industry and the academic world, and focuses on building capabilities by providing access to Learning & other resources and enabling exchanges and dialogues.

 

OFFERINGS OF THE L&OD ROUNDTABLE

The Learning & OD Roundtable’s credo is to provide application oriented knowledge to help members drive change successfully within their own enterprises. Some of the offerings of the Learning & OD Roundtable include:

L&OD Masterclasses

These are half-day sessions on topical themes of interest for Practitioners usually conducted by Subject Matter Experts, presenting  Practitioners in Panel Discussions and followed by Facilitated Group Discussions to internalize Learning.

L&OD Concept to Practice Sessions

Full-day Workshops usually conducted by a Leading Consultant/Business Practice Head on Cutting Edge topics, followed by insights from Practitioners to discuss the How for implementing change to enable execution of Key concepts by Participants.

L&OD Big Debate

Half-day session which brings together eminent Practitioners, Consultants and Academicians on a platform to share their views/insights /pain points/topic of enquiry for the Community. These are vibrant sessions involving the whole audiences in a ‘Big Debate’ Format.

L&OD Insight

Half day session featuring 7 Speakers sharing their views/insights  on contemporary HR/Learning & OD themes in a 17 minute TED format on vibrant topics of interest followed by Discussion Tables.

L&OD Window Webinar Series

Cutting edge Webinars on Contemporary Strategic themes usually conducted by Thought Leaders across the world. It can be viewed by members across all geographies and is available online 30 days post-delivery of the original Webinar.

To enable the Community of Practitioners to build capabilities beyond our powerful Masterclasses, the LNOD Roundtable is delighted to present the LNOD Academy.
