It gives me great pleasure to present the Learning and Organization Development Roundtable(L & OD) Roundtable for the learning and growth of L & OD practitioners from industry and academia alike.
The L & OD Roundtable's vision is that of a scalable and sustainable Learning practise across organisations. It's in effect a significant milestone in our endeavor to amass extensive social capital within the L & OD community - enabling members to bond together and actively participate in evolutionary voyages that would eventually build Learning teams and Learning organisations of tomorrow.

Towards this mission, the Forum will host and channelize all capacity building initiatives of the Roundtable - whether enabling proactive community dialogue, providing Learning resources & tools, offering professional development opportunities or recognizing excellence through best practices.
