The LNOD Roundtable organized The Millennial Max Conference 2019 on November 19 at ITC Grand Central, Parel. This first of its kind- distinctive Learning Conference brought together Industry Luminaries and Thought Leaders to Explore and understand the Multigenerational Lens and generates ideas for integrating and grooming the Largest Talent Pool in the world -the Indian Millennials soon becoming 70% of the Talent Pool in India! The Conference also recognized organizations that are leading the way in integrating and empowering Millennials through the “Best Companies for Millennials Awards 2019“, also celebrating Millennial Enterprise, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, through the “Best Millennial Start-Up Awards 2019” .
The event started with Key Note addresses by Mark Hannant Author of The Midnight’s Grandchildren and Gyan Nagpal Author of The Future Ready Organization, International Authors who both launched their Books. The International Institute of Sports Management (IISM) launched their Executive MBA Program, EDGE that draws from the journeys and experiences of over 40 accomplished sports-persons, to develop keen leadership Insights! The program was launched by Padmashri & Arjuna Awardee Deepa Malik and Viren Rasquinah, Former Captain, Indian Hockey Team also an Arjuna Awardee. This was followed by an insightful conversation between Boomer and Millennial CXOs -. Umasankar Nistala (MD & CEO, BNP Paribas India), Mohit Gundecha (Co-Founder & CEO, Jombay), and Amit Das (Director – HR & CHRO, Bennett Coleman); Moderated by Rajesh Padmanabhan (Director, Welspun Group) – where the participants discussed their experiences with Millennials and Leadership and how this can be leveraged to groom Millennial Leadership of the Future.
The conference closed with the Awards ceremony, celebrating the Winners of both award categories.
